Alvarado-Saenz, Eloisa-RLA

Dear Students and Parents,
My name is Eloísa
Alvarado- Sáenz. I have been in education for 29 years. I am elated to
begin my 12th year here at Sharyland High School. I was born and raised in El
Paso, Texas, where I received my BA in American Literature in 1998 and my
Masters in Educational Administration in 2002 from New Mexico State
University. My experiences as a Student Activities Director, UIL
Coordinator, ELA Dept. Chair, Student Council Sponsor, Instructional
Coach, and English Teacher all have played a pivotal role as an
effective classroom teacher. I have and continue to use these
experiences to help set a solid foundation for my students learning. I
look forward to meeting each and every one of you as the year goes by. I
want to thank each and every parent/guardian, whose child I will be teaching
this year, for trusting me with your son/ daughter. I will always do my
best to ensure a positive yet challenging learning environment. It will
be a demanding and growing year for all of us. Thank you for being my partner in your child's education.
Sincerely,
Eloísa Alvarado-Sáenz
