COURSE DISCRIPTION:

Inthis course you will learn basic principles of economics and your role in theAmerican economic system.  You will alsolearn economic ways of thinking, including problem-solving and decision-makingskills.

 

 

COURSE CONTENT:

 

·       Fundamental Economic Concepts

·       Microeconomics

·       Macroeconomics: Institutions

·       Macroeconomics: Policies

·       International and Global Economics

 

CLASS RULES:

 

1.     Respect yourself, others andschool property.

2.     Be on time/prepared forclass.

3.     Bring notebook and writingutensil everyday

4.     Absolutely no gum, food ordrinks in class.

5.     Follow all rules asspecified in the student handbook.

6.     Participate and do yourbest.

7.     Bring a positive attitude toclass.  Attitude is everything!

1.     First Time            Warning

2.     Second Time        I.S.S. One Period

3.     Third Time           I.S.S. One Day

4.     Fourth Time         I.S.S. Two plus Days
